Hi there! As a teacher, wife, and mother, I understand the need to have fun, connect with friends, and build a life on more than to-do lists and the family calendar. Early on, I learned that a frenetic pace makes it difficult to connect with people, so I began writing materials and creating opportunities to get people together, deepen friendships, and cultivate faith. I’ve written and taught Bible studies for years in living rooms, on stages, and in fellowship halls. Through it all I’ve learned how important it is to cultivate a life of faith alongside others. When we come together and share honestly with one another, we learn that perfect parents and easy marriages don’t exist, that getting to know someone a lot richer or a lot poorer is a gift to be treasured, and that life is immeasurably better when it is shared with others.
